General conditions

To shop at herobility.com you must be at least 18 years old or have a guardian's permission. When ordering goods from us, you enter into a purchase agreement with us. All items you see on the website are in stock for immediate delivery and all our prices are inclusive of VAT within the EU and exclusive of VAT outside the EU. Any discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts unless stated. Herobility reserves the right to make printing errors on this website. We strive for all our products to be as close to reality as possible with proportions and colours with cannot however guarantee that all images accurately represent the actual appearance of the products.

Returns

If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must let us know within 30 days of receiving the products in question. For your return to be accepted, the product must be unbroken, unused and in its original packaging.

You, the customer, are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or lost in transit back to us. Pack well.

Once we have received your return and deemed the product to be in substantially unaltered condition, we will refund you within 14 days, and notify you by email that the matter is closed. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase.

If you as a customer wish to complain about a purchase made through a retailer, presentation of a receipt is required if you wish to complain to Herobility. We can only offer a credit receipt and not a refund for purchases made through retailers.

Please note that we are unable to collect parcels from retailers, if the parcel goes to a retailer it will be returned to you as the sender.
The return parcel must be handed in to a parcel agent, it must not be left on the letterbox. If you place your return parcel on the letterbox, we cannot initiate an investigation/complaint if the parcel has been damaged in transit. In such cases, we cannot refund the amount of the order to you.

In case of return, please start by sending an email to shop@herobility.comwhere you write return and your order number in the subject line and then describe what it is you want to return. Put a note with your order number, your name and the reason for return in the package and return the package to:

Once we have received your return and everything is approved, the money will be deposited into your account.

The handling of returns usually takes 1-2 weeks from the time we receive them. Once the return is registered, we will issue a refund to you or update your invoice. Of course, we will also send you a confirmation email once your return has been registered.

Force Majeure

Should any of the following occur regarding sales or delivery, Herobilty AB will be released from fulfilling the contract. This applies to circumstances beyond our control. Strike, war, national state of emergency, sabotage, natural disasters, abnormal decline in the market, measures taken by national government, if the company has been subjected to criminal activity, major accidents and blockade.

Transport damage

If you discover that the package is damaged when you pick it up at the post office, you should immediately report it to the post office. If you discover damage later, please send an email to our customer service atshop@herobility.com. In case of return from customer, the customer is responsible for any damage that may occur during transport.
