Prima di utilizzare il biberon
È importante sapere che i nostri biberon hanno una valvola d’aria all’interno della tettarella per evitare la formazione di vuoto. Assicurati che la valvola sia aperta tirandola delicatamente prima dell’uso.
Nota: le nostre tettarelle sono disponibili in diverse versioni, con una o due valvole, ma entrambe hanno la stessa funzione e includono il nostro esclusivo doppio sistema anti-colica.
Nel video qui sotto mostriamo come aprire il modello XL con due valvole — la procedura è simile per la tettarella con una sola valvola. Non dimenticare di lavarti le mani prima di maneggiare la tettarella!
Come lavare e sterilizzare il biberon
Consigliamo di lavare il biberon solo a mano. Se lo lavi in lavastoviglie (ripiano superiore, max 55°C), è importante non metterlo insieme a stoviglie con residui di olio d’oliva, salsa di pomodoro o altri alimenti molto pigmentati, poiché potrebbero macchiare la plastica o usurare prematuramente la scala graduata.
Attenzione!
Sconsigliamo di bollire vigorosamente i prodotti, poiché il calore eccessivo può danneggiare i materiali. Anche la bollitura frequente o prolungata può alterare la forma e la tenuta delle parti.
Il biberon è già sterilizzato durante la produzione, ma se desideri comunque sterilizzarlo, fai bollire abbondante acqua in una pentola, spegni il fuoco, smonta tutte le parti e immergile nell’acqua calda per 30 secondi. Poi svuota la pentola e lascia raffreddare le parti.
Il mio bambino di solito non accetta il biberon — come posso sapere se quello di Herobility funzionerà?
La nostra tettarella è progettata per imitare la forma del seno materno. Durante l’allattamento, molte mamme premono leggermente il seno con la mano per appiattirlo, in quello che viene chiamato presa “hamburger”. In questo modo il bambino riesce a prendere meglio il capezzolo e a succhiare più facilmente.

La tettarella viene risucchiata nella bottiglia mentre il bambino beve?
Questo accade quando la valvola della tettarella rimane chiusa, creando un vuoto che fa sì che la tettarella venga aspirata all’interno del biberon.

Advantages of the materials
Bioplastic
Our bioplastic is specifically called HDPE and is made from the starch of the sugarcane plant. As sugarcane grows, it absorbs carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, resulting in a much smaller carbon footprint than regular plastic.
Bioplastic can be recycled, however, the technology is not available everywhere. Contact your local recycling center if you are wondering where to put the bioplastic parts when you recycle them.
Glass
The great advantage of glass is that it is safe, durable, and easily recyclable, many times over. In addition, it is easy to clean and does not discolor. To recycle your Herobility glass products, simply place them in glass recycling.
Silicone
A good alternative to plastic that lasts longer and does not lose its properties over time. Unlike, for example, latex or natural rubber, very few people are allergic to silicone, which is considered safe enough for use in medical technology. Ask your recycling center how best to recycle silicone.
Steel
Stainless steel is a material that lasts a very long time, does not rust or corrode, and can be recycled an infinite number of times. Sort as metal scrap.

But also how to care for your products so that they last as long as possible, to reduce consumption at a global level.
NOTE! Some products have a recommended lifespan to meet international safety standards for baby products. For example: pacifiers and bottle nipples have a recommended lifespan of two months from first to last use. Other products are easier to pass on to your friends or save if you are expecting siblings.
