Below are written instructions on how you should use your Express Formula Mixer 3 in 1. For you to see how to carry out the steps, watch our instruction video above.
Remove the powder container and fill it with your formula powder.
Put it back with the green line forward facing, put the lid back on.
Remove the storage container and fill the water tank with clean water at room temperature – see your formula package for further instructions. Put the water container back. Make sure it’s in the right place.
Turn the machine on by pressing the switch on the back of the machine.
The first time you use the machine, place a mug or baby bottle in the machine and press the water button 
to the left. This will fill the machine with water. The water that comes out, you should throw in the sink.
- Press the setting button
once to adjust the volume – the number represents milliliter and can be adjusted by pressing the plus 
and minus buttons to your right and left. - Press the setting button
again to adjust the temperature.- Press the setting button
once again to adjust the concentration level.- Press the return button
to confirm the settings.Correct concentration level for your specific formula brand can be found in the chart below.
You’re now all set to mix formula!
Leave the machine at standby when not in use to optimize its life span. (energy consumption at standby is only 2W per hour)
When you want to fill a bottle, you just have to press the fill-bottle-button to the right.

Clean the machine daily to prevent dirt and clogging:
- Remove the powder container and the pipe inside.
- Clean the pipe under the tap and leave it to dry.
- Remove the mixer unit and clean it under the tap.
- Inside the storage container you’ll find and extra pipe and a cleaning brush. Use the brush to clean the opening at the bottom of the powder container as well as inside the machine.
- Place the dry pipe inside the machine. You can store the extra pipe and brush inside the storage container above the water tank.
When you’ve used up all powder, it’s time to thoroughly clean the powder container:
- Remove the powder container and disassemble all parts inside.
- Clean all parts with a gentle dishwasher soap. Leave to dry.
- Do not wash any of the parts in the dishwasher.
- Assemble all parts of the powder container again, place it in the machine.

Advantages of the materials
Bioplastic
Our bioplastic is specifically called HDPE and is made from the starch of the sugarcane plant. As sugarcane grows, it absorbs carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, resulting in a much smaller carbon footprint than regular plastic.
Bioplastic can be recycled, however, the technology is not available everywhere. Contact your local recycling center if you are wondering where to put the bioplastic parts when you recycle them.
Glass
The great advantage of glass is that it is safe, durable, and easily recyclable, many times over. In addition, it is easy to clean and does not discolor. To recycle your Herobility glass products, simply place them in glass recycling.
Silicone
A good alternative to plastic that lasts longer and does not lose its properties over time. Unlike, for example, latex or natural rubber, very few people are allergic to silicone, which is considered safe enough for use in medical technology. Ask your recycling center how best to recycle silicone.
Steel
Stainless steel is a material that lasts a very long time, does not rust or corrode, and can be recycled an infinite number of times. Sort as metal scrap.
The design of products
No material or production method in the world can justify developing products that are not used. We have a long checklist to ensure that the products we launch are truly useful and are easy to reuse and recycle. In summary, all our products are:

We design products with interchangeable parts to extend the lifespan of each product. For us, it is important that we design products without unnecessary details and where every function is well-justified.
Product Care and Use
Our goal is for you to get as much use and enjoyment out of each product as possible before recycling. Much of our communication therefore focuses on explaining how to use your Herobility products in different ways. But also how to care for your products so that they last as long as possible, to reduce consumption at a global level.
NOTE! Some products have a recommended lifespan to meet international safety standards for baby products. For example: pacifiers and bottle nipples have a recommended lifespan of two months from first to last use. Other products are easier to pass on to your friends or save if you are expecting siblings.
